In early November 2024, under the arrangement of the group company, more than 40 students majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and Electrification from Xi'an Mingde Institute of Technology came to our company for a ten day study tour.

  The company has tailored a set of study courses for students who come to study, with daily classes full of practical knowledge. The training content covers the historical development of Jinye Yuyang, company organizational structure, safety production management system and on-site fire drills, practical operation of the company's production system, outdoor expansion and other courses, allowing students to fully understand Jinye Yuyang's corporate culture concept, understand the pre job knowledge and skills, and cultivate teamwork awareness.

  The event kicked off with a visit to the factory area. Subsequently, under the guidance of our staff, students visited the company's archive room, technical center, sample room, filter rod, and chemical fiber workshop.  

  During the event, the company arranged for department heads to participate in on-site guidance for research and learning, and explained and shared relevant technologies and products with students. At the same time, they also explained information about the filter rod industry, analyzed the current situation and job requirements, and provided comprehensive answers to questions and doubts. The students also showed a high level of learning enthusiasm and intellectual pursuit, with frequent on-site interactions. At the same time, they expressed that they would cherish this rare learning opportunity, strive to learn professional knowledge, improve practical skills, and make full preparations for future career development.  

  During this study period, students were also arranged to visit the local Yuquan Temple Scenic Area and Zhanghe Scenic Area, to experience the charm of the thousand year old Yuquan Temple and appreciate the unique scenery of the blue sea and cloud sky of Zhanghe. At the same time, a basketball friendly exchange game was organized between enterprises and students, allowing students to experience the spirit of tenacious struggle, unity and cooperation in sports.

  This study tour has further expanded students' learning and practical channels, deepened school enterprise cooperation, and written a new chapter in the integration of industry and education.
