With the advancement of production technology, the new type of acrylic fiber has the characteristics of good whiteness, non-toxic, odorless, smooth and soft, uniform, reasonable production process, and low cost, making it a good substitute for vinegar fiber bundles in producing cigarette filter rods. Research on Chinese tobacco shows that the new type of polypropylene fiber bundle has a good filtering effect on harmful substances in flue gas, and the various detection indicators are basically the same as those of vinegar fiber filter rods, with no significant difference between the two.
